Authentication for UI and API

Since 4.5 we now have a login screen if you enable authentication within Nginx for DBmarlin.

We are next working on RBAC (Role-based Access Control) so that different users can have different permissions within DBmarlin.

Would be a great addition to be able to create and manage users from within the UI (or link to AD). But also to provide some role-separation where some users might be admin, and some read-only. Or some users can only see certain databases etc.
