Global SQL statement search

Search screen to find a SQL statement based on a fuzzy match on its text.
This could be useful to find a matching SQL statement where you know some or all of the text from another application monitoring/observability tool or from looking at the application source code and you want to find it wherever it might have run.

A global SQL Search screen was added in v3.7.
