When looking at a database instance in DBmarlin, would like to be able to link to another tool in context.
Some examples:
DBA Admin Console (RDS console, Oracle enterprise manager, etc) so you can administer the database and change config or storage settings.
SQL Development tool (pdAdmin) so you can run or tune statements.
Log management tools (Splunk, ELK, SumoLogic, Humio, etc) so you can view the database log files.
