Tagging for SQL Statements

Would like to be able to apply one or more Tags to SQL Statements. The same Tag could be applied to multiple SQL Statements.

The use case for this could be giving a useful identifier to the statement like a "Transaction name", "Application Name", "Service name", "JIRA ticket", "Favourite", "Important" etc.

The Tags should be used for Filtering and Grouping.
